Q: What services are performed during my Comfort Club maintenance visits?

A: Our technicians will visit your home twice per year, where they will perform the following:

  • Inspect coils
  • Check refrigerant charge and pressures
  • Check and clear drains
  • Check voltages and amp draws
  • Adjust and clean blower compartments
  • Verify proper thermostat calibration and check all moving parts operation
  • Check all electrical connections
  • Inspect ductwork to ensure proper ventilation
  • Replace air filters

Our Comfort Club plans are designed to both pay for themselves and provide peace of mind. Let us keep you comfortable, within warranty, and satisfied your equipment is running efficiently all year.

Membership Terms & Add-on Equipment

  • Contract & Renewal: Requires a one-year agreement with monthly payments. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled 30-days prior to the renewal date.
  • Additional Equipment: Add extra equipment for only $5/month each
    (examples: furnace, A/C, heat pump, air handler, mini split, steam humidifier).
  • Exclusions: Boilers are not included in this plan.
